Raising money for charity, RVL Director Debbie Richards put her best foot forward for MIND by heading to Machu Picchu.
Many congratulations to Debbie Richards, who has safely returned from Peru, having spectacularly achieved her goal. The aim was to raise money for mental health charity MIND by undertaking a trek to Machu Picchu. This historic sanctuary is famous worldwide as “The Lost City of the Incas”, and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Debbie overcame altitude sickness, fatigue, and broken toenails to complete the mammoth hike in great spirits.
