Reducing Risk Before Series Manufacture

Prototype builds often reveal practical issues that are not obvious during design, such as component fit, assembly sequence, soldering performance, test access, or availability of parts.

Because RVL combines electronics design and PCBA manufacture under one roof, these issues can be identified and fed back quickly. The result is a more controlled prototype phase and a smoother route into series manufacture.

From Prototype Approval To Production

Once the prototype has been reviewed and approved, RVL can support the next stage of the project, from design updates and pre-production builds through to ongoing PCBA manufacture.
