Testing

Before dispatch, each electronic product can be fully tested in our ESD-protected manufacturing facility, according to the individual job specification.

We can inspect full product functionality with RF and pressure testing to calibrated standards. If required, our three environmental chambers can simulate extremes of temperature and other harsh environments to ensure PCB assemblies and finished products are fit for purpose. We can also customise setup and test software including bespoke test jigs in house.

Finally, the finished product is packaged, labelled and shipped as per the client’s unique requirements. Jon Grace, our production manager, will take you through each step of the process if you have specific questions or requirements.
